Is the official application form included?
Yes — we point you directly to the official English-language application form of the Belastingdienst (the Dutch Tax Authorities); it's updated every year, and we walk you through every section. That way you always file the current version.
Do you check my application before I send it?
Not by default — that's what keeps the DIY price low, and you remain fully responsible for the correctness and completeness of your file. Want a check anyway? Add the Final Check (€99): one full review of your completed file in which we flag or supply missing items — though without in-depth advice on your situation or follow-up Q&A. For full certainty, choose the Full Application; the DIY fee is deducted if you upgrade within 30 days.
What if I get stuck halfway?
You can upgrade to the Full Specialist Review & Filing at any time — the €249 you paid for the DIY package is deducted from the full-service fee.
How long does the whole process take?
Preparing your package takes days, not weeks. After you submit, the Tax Authorities typically take around 8 weeks to decide. Mind the deadline: to benefit from day one, the application must be filed within 4 months of your first working day.
Does the package guarantee approval?
No one can guarantee a decision by the Tax Authorities. What the package does is eliminate the most common self-filing mistakes: missing documents, a non-compliant CV, and an incomplete form.
