Congratulations! Unless you're an EU citizen, you'll need a residence permit that allows you to work. Which one depends on your personal situation, job, and employer. We make sure you're on the most efficient route and that your application is complete and correctly filed — whether your employer is handling it or you want independent guidance.

“Can my partner and/or children come with me?”
In most cases, yes — your partner (married or not), and/or children can join you in the Netherlands. The exact requirements depend on your nationality, income, and residence status. We tell you what applies to your family and guide you through the whole procedure.

“How do I keep more of my salary? — the expat scheme”
The expat scheme (former 30% ruling) lets you receive part of your salary tax-free for up to 5 years — often worth hundreds of euros per month. Nationality is not a condition: EU nationals qualify too, and even Dutch citizens returning after a long period abroad can. We advise on the eligibility and conditions, handle the application together with your employer, and help you keep the ruling when you change jobs.

Not necessarily. Decisions by the immigration authorities or the Tax Authorities can be formally challenged — but the deadline is short, usually 6 weeks. We quickly assess whether an objection is worth it and represent you if it is.
